The Powderhorn Art Fair is a major event drawing as many as 100,000 people to Powderhorn Park over the course of the weekend. The Powderhorn Art Fair program will be between 8 and 12 pages with approximately 15,000 plus copies printed. They will be distributed to area coffee shops and gathering places as well as at the park on the day of the event.

This will be an effective way to reach the people from the surrounding community as well as those from around the whole metro area, making this year’s program an effectual and affordable advertising choice.

Please show your support for the Powderhorn Park Art Fair program by placing an advertisement in this once-a-year publication. Proceeds from this event go to support programs at Powderhorn Park.

Tabloid Specs
  • 15,000+ circulation at Powderhorn Art Fair and metro area businesses
  • 8 to 12 pages printed on 30# newsprint
Ad Specs
  • Payment required with all submissions.
  • Black and white ads only.
  • All ads must be boxed.
Hard Copy Artwork
  • Tints and halftones should be 85-line screen.
  • Camera ready ads require positive laser print positive velox on clean white paper only.
  • All ads not received in camera ready condition will be charged a design surcharge of 15% with a $20 minimum.
Electronic Files
  • We can accept electronic files in high-resolution PDF, TIFF, JPG, EPS (fonts outlined) or PSD formats.
  • We can also scan color or black and white originals; however, electronic format is preferred.

Ad Design

  • We have a graphic designer who will be happy to work with you to ensure your organization an effective advertisement.
  • For basic design services, there is a 15% surcharge to our standard advertising fee with a $20 minimum.
  • Additional custom design work as agreed to by you and our designer will be billed at $50 per hour.

Legal Information

  • Advertiser agrees to defend and indemnify PPNA and its agents against any and all liability, loss or expense incurred from claims resulting from advertisement publication.
  • In no event will PPNA be responsible for errors or omissions if correct copy is not supplied by the advertiser.
  • Space reservations may not be cancelled after advertising deadline of June 16.

  • $350 One-Quarter Page (5.375”W x 8.5”H or 10.75”W x 4.25”H)
  • $600 Half Page (5.375”W x 17”H or 10.75”W x 8.5”H)
  • $1,000 Full Page (10.75”W x 17”H)
